Im not a story writer but i have this charged idea for an insane story that a storyteller might use:

It’s an excellent idea.
I sort of refer that type of story to take place in Slave world. That’s fictional of course and shouldn’t be taken seriously in any way. But the enslaved will be just as you described, kept naked with no access to clothes, shaved and kept aroused and ready to be used by whoever at anytime they please.

The slave will submit without protest, otherwise they will be punished by whatever means necessary to correct them.

You left off gradings and branding.
The grading gives others an idea of what the slave might be worth at auction.
For women slaves they use how the FDA grades meat as a guide. Prime, Choice, Select, Scrap or whatever.

I don’t know about all that lol. But I’ll give it some thought, I doubt I could do justice with multiple characters in a group like setting that the plot would need to be.
