I use an Aneros Progasm and I can't get to that level. I slowly build to orgasm and leak a lot then orgasm. But not like that guy! If I could I would never leave the house.
I have one of these things, and I don't see how he can be flopping around that forcefully. It's HARD plastic -- it would split you apart.
It does feel good, though, and creates enormous cumloads. Although mine are never forceful, they just leak out forever.
Not something I'd do everyday, but once every 6 months is good...
