I wanted to add that, while we all talk about how real medical practice is changing these days to become less traditionally thorough, medical fetish doesn't have to! I prefer strict and more “old-fashioned” type of exams from an older, experienced doctor. You will need to be able to host. The more realistic the setting, the better.
