I recon that
Size and symmetry releases amazing training & posing videos.
I already knew this channel, although for a good while they didn't have good bodybuilders on their roster, but with Oliver Procházka they are doing a marvelous job.
This really proves that, to produce top-quality videos, not only an aesthetic physique is needed, but also the collaboration of a good videographer. Same for pictures: most wannabe models on OF don't understand that a smartphone and a mirror aren't enough to produce high-quality photographs.
The setting, the lighting, the angle of the camera, the preparation of the body (notice how Oliver's skin is anointed with oil to enhance the proportions) are all factors that contribute to the end result.
An last but not least, the editing is fundamental. Most do-it-yourself videos of bodybuilders just let the camera record all the workout with no post-processing. I never understood which is the purpose to show all the reps in a workout: nobody needs 1 minute of arm curls to understand how to perform that exercise.
The excellent balance between not-too-long training and posing sequences really makes Oliver's videos the benchmark for this kind of videos.
