hey gang, so i'm a fair complexioned white guy (as you can see in my pics)

whenever i PUMP even in LOW pressures, i get petechia spots and blood vessels burst... that take DAYS to heal.

should i just give up and let it go????

i do love it and miss the days when i can go nuts and pump and get huge and fat.... (See PIX)

but the problem is, even when i do it, i get all these spots that take DAYS to heal... and women will ask questions and will get scared away. I've had to cancel dates because I got carried away with pumping and i was left with red blotches that took days to disappear.

it seems i have to quit. right? i dont want to risk doing permanent damage as i approach my middle age.

what am i missing or doing wrong? is there another method to try? or just give up?

You said "miss the days" which I take to mean this did not happen sometime prior when you pumped. If so, you might want to check with a doctor to see if this change could be a signal of some other vascular health issue that's treatable, perhaps curable. Weakening vessel walls could be the forerunner of mini-strokes, for example. Full disclosure: I am not a trained medical professional.

I'm not an "expert" about pumping or anything about PE, but, yeah, I'd say, quit with the pumping and instead just enjoy stroking your cock, as it is, when you are horny.

just curious how would you word this to your doctor?

"hey Doc, i pump my dick with a penis pump and i get these petechia if i do it too hard. Is that OK? what does it mean?"

oh the look on his face....?

thank you. i'm glad i'm not alone. what does your "warm up" consist of?
Personally i use warm water. I let it flow on my D or fill the tube with it and just rest my cock in it for a few mins. Others use warm towel. Also its better to make it at least semi hard before start pumping.

I believe it's very important to be brutally honest with your doctor. They're sworn to not share such information - and most are very aware of the number of people who show up in the emergency room needing help with sex toys and various objects. Pumping is actually medically mainstream and widely prescribed for ED. There are FDA guidelines for the use of pumps published on-line. Both my GP and my urologist are fully aware of who and what I do in my bedroom. You might be pleasantly surprised if you bring it up.

Penis pumping is medically mainstream as an ED treatment. Telling your doctor will not be a shock unless he/she lives under a rock. The FDA has guidelines for their use at External Penile Rigidity Devices Special Controls Guidance
Note the 2004 date of this document. Medically, penis pumps are old news. You may be surprised that "confessing" to your doctor will be a matter-of-fact non-event!

I have had a similar experience when I was younger and your present problem now I’m older. Here is what works for me with a bathmate if I have taken time off from pumping:

Day 1 - 6 reps at 30 seconds and call it good for 24 hours.

Day 2 - 6 reps at 30 seconds and then add a full minute for the 7th rep

Day 3 - 6 reps at 30 seconds, full minute then three minutes

Day 4 same routine but add 4 reps at 5 minutes. Rub with towel in between reps.

24 hours later I have no redness or indication I pumped. Use moderate vacuum at first.

seems like short reps is the way to go?

I always got red spots and discoloration from pumping. Some people suggested condom pumping, or epsom salt water pumping.
It seemed less of a problem if I could stay hard in the tube, which was rare for me. I never had a consistent pumping routine for this reason. I eventually gave up on girth work, since clamping also caused discoloration. Probably took years for the discoloration to go away completely.

this has been very helpful to me. short sessions. light pressure. no issues yet.
