Over the years, I've stretched, jelqed, pumped, hanged and used an extender. No gains whatsoever. I got EQ gains from pumping but that's it. I would also get hard flaccid if I PE'd over a certain period of time even if I didn't overwork my penis. I went to pegym with my problem and the moderator got so upset that he banned me before I could even respond to the replies of my own thread.

PE is nothing but a scam and a cult. The way people behave in the community is very similar to cult mentality and most PE forums are sponsored by some product. These people just want to prey on your insecurities.
 
The results depend from a person to the other.
It does work for me, and perfectly iven if i'm only using jelqing and stretching without a pump (i think that i may get more results with a bathmate or something like that)
The best testomy to that is that last week i slept with my girlfriend after a long period since we don't live near each other, and it's been like 4 months since the time before and when she holded my dick in her hands i saw some surprise in her eyes and she said: I don't think if it's just me but you're dick is way bigger then usual ! (she observed the girth and the lenght) and i did see that her hands couldn't get all around it easly.
Here's my experience with PE. And it's been barely 6 months and i didn't master the technics only 3 months ago ...

Kinda that you chose the name of Optimism. Anyways I read that you did various excercises but how long did you do it? We're you consistent with your program? Exactly how much effort did you put into it? Because I can tell you that it has worked for me but I treat my PE like my gym routine. Steady and variety. You let up in the gym and half ass it; no gains.
So how much effort did you honestly put into it?
 
Yeah, I don't know why you'd say that, because it worked really well for me. and the best gains I got were from manual hand exercises. That's like saying someone is profiting off telling people to do push ups.

I started with the JP90 and got nothing

then I tried the other exercises for a couple of months

The scam usually goes like this:

"Oh manual exercises don't do it for you? Have you tried the bathmate? Click on the banner on the top of the site!!!"

"Oh the bathmate doesn't work? Try the malehanger!!! You'll definitely make gains then!!!"

"Oh the malehanger doesn't work? Try the X4 extender!! Click on the link on the bottom right of the site!!!"

It's pretty easy to start a cult and manipulate people who browse PE sites since they're incredibly insecure and desperate
 
I can sympathise with you because I have tried many different kinds of PE with zero success, however your statement and opinion are wrong, PE does work, I've gained over 1" in length and about 1" in girth.
Most of those gains were achieved by pumping before I had the internet to learn about all the other PE techniques. The secret is consitency and maintaining a positive attitude even when the gains don't appear. It took a year of pumping almost every 2nd day for 20-30 minutes to gain the first inch.
I have tried extender wearing, jelquing, stretching, ADS, hanging (not the classic kind) however most of them, I got discouraged or injured and gave up for a few months.
I have started pumping again with a similar regime to my first pumping routine and I am finally seeing gains, mainly in girth, I've gained close to a 1/4" since the 2nd week of January 2014.
It's unfortunate that you haven't found a technque that works for you, I think that your penis might have become over-conditioned so that any new technique you tried, would have required much more force than you applied.

Have a break for several months which will decondition your penis structure and then try one technique, (which is easy to do consistently) without measuring for at least 6 months. Eventually you might notice it looking longer or thicker, think long term and you will see results for sure!

You can give it 100% at the gym & nutrition for two weeks and then go eat mcdonalds and sit on your couch for a week and you'll most likely lose just about all of the work you did. You can give it 100% in school for the first month of the semester and then bullshit during midterms and finals and still fail. You say you "started" the JP90, thats only a 90 day program. Then you say you "tried the other exercises" for a couple months.

So based on what you said, if you really did go 100% hard in the paint to the T at most it was for what, 5 months? What do you expect? To have a 12 inch howitzer cannon hanging from your pelvis?

Be honest with yourself and stop making excuses, that's when you will see results (that goes beyond your dick bro, that's with anything worth while in life)

Well it sure didn't work for me. I tried everything.
My little penis remained a little penis.
Eventually it was my mind I had to work on
and accept the physique had
and not let it be a barrier to my social and sex life.
 
From under 6 inches to over 7, and now that I have seen gains I have started hanging with a MaleHanger. I do over 20 hours a week. To say it does not work is to say "I didn't find the correct combination of PE" I found what works for me, don't give up it works !
 
Yea the bathmate is working beautifully for me! I simply love it! I use it 5 days a week for 10-30 mins in the shower. Sorry u have not had better luck with your routines, but these gentlemen here bring up very valid points. I would think the the rebuttals less as defense of PE and more of, the the results are the results and for me, it has worked also. More than anything using water in my pump, what every pump you use, works best for me. I love pumping with water in the chamber in place of air.

Like I said, I was 100% consistent and did everything as written. Do you have any proof of it actually working? Oh right, you don't. NOBODY DOES.

The ones that post pictures just have a semi in the before pics and then post a picture fully hard as the after pictures
