Who makes a penis extender for larger penises?

I have a large penis. It is 7" in circumference at rest.
I am looking to add length with an extender but the ones that I had bought have too small of an opening to fit my FAT cock into.

In my experience, there's a real scarcity of cock toys for girthy cocks. I'm a bit over 6" girth and I've given away quite a number of Fleshlights, extender sleeves, etc. because they're painfully tight.
