Hi,

I have phimosis. I was recently prescribes betamethasone dipropionate .05% to try to relax the skin but didn't get any other directions. Any one have experience?

Do I apply it when flaccid or erect?

Does it go on top of the foreskin or under the foreskin?

I’m using Phimosis rings rn, they’re a tad bit difficult to put in, I don’t have an issue retracing the skin when it’s soft. When it’s hard my glands are still covered which is why I started the ring treatment.

Being covered while erect doesn't mean anything. It's whether or not it can comfortably be uncovered on demand.

Well to me it’s discomfort. having sex when it feels like there’s a noose around my dick head, isn’t the funnest of times so I’m using The rings to see if it helps with that discomfort
