Phimosis?

There must be a device to slide under the foreskin - cylinder shaped, that could slowly be enlarged in diameter, to stretch the phimotic ring. But you're in good company; the young King of France had this problem, and his brother-in-law (Marie Antoinette's brother) when visiting, suggested a simple operation, and the couple were finally able to "consumate".

Slowly try stretching it and pulling it back multiple times a day with a bit of lube. See if that works. If not you could get a small slit cut in the side of the foreskin without going full circumcised. Just laying out options for you.

Does any kind of cream work? I really want to keep my foreskin intact and haven’t really thought about circumcision but I am very tight. When I’m soft I can get my skin over my head but when I’m hard I can barely even pull the skin back

No need for circumcision. I went from not to even being able to pull back my foreskin when soft (I.e., when fully pulled I could only see a bit of the head surrounding the slit, ~0.5 cm diameter. Now I can pull it back fully when hard.
Patience. 1% hydrocortisone cream applied carefully and sparingly and Vaseline to lubricate inside and make the stretching easier.

Would something like Sudocrem work and where do you apply it. On the head or round the foreskin when pulled back
No. Sudocream is intended to prevent infection. You need two things
- hydrocortisone 1% to make the skin a bit thinner so that it will stretch a bit easier. Apply this sparingly as too much will cause the skin to be too thin and it may break.
- Vaseline (petroleum jelly) to act as a really good lubricant, making it easier to pull back the foreskin.
- very patient stretching twice/day. Pull it back so that it is a little bit sore, but not so much that you get a sharp pain (don’t rip the skin or the scar tissue will make it even tighter). Over time you will be able to stretch further and further.

Have faith. If mine can be resolved, anybody’s can!

Something that does not seem to be considered is a mild fungal infection which can be on any part or all of the body can induce thickening of the foreskin which will stop it being flexible enough to withdraw. Do you suffer athletes foot and/or dandruff? if so alternating with the above recommended cortisone cream try an across the counter athlete foot cream massaged inside the foreskin. Also when you do the stretching it's good to do it in a hot bath as that will help soften the skin.
