Please help identify this guy

I've never posted a request before. So, if it this is done incorrectly, I apologize. These pictures are terrible. I tried to convert the formats to no avail. These are photos taken from the screen with the best resolution I could get. The guy seems to be from Florida. He has a lot of paraphernalia from there on the walls behind him. The style suggests IG or snapchat. I don't think it is professional. The site where this was posted was no help at all.
