Kinda a long and funny story, but a certain video showed up in my suggested videos on YT, it was uploaded by this channel which uploads videos of musclemen (https://www.youtube.com/@muscle72). The video seemed to also pop up on many people's suggested videos as comments from the same day and hour, asking who he was or about the original video, appeared lol. Sadly, the video was quickly deleted and I couldn't download it. I took a few screenshots to do a reverse image search, to not succeed.
One comment said that he found who was this person, but said it took them effort to do so and if we do the same thing, we'd find him. The video seems to be +18. Here are the screenshots
