Pornhub banned in Washington DC?

My pornhub has been blocked in DC because they recognize my location as Virginia. The problem is that it is not banned in DC and I am a fair distance from VA. Has anyone else experienced this and have a solution to offer?

It is blocked in Texas too. All you have to do is to get a VPN. Turn it on, select Chicago, or other non blocked cities, and you are back in.
