Though I read in their site that guest are given chip strips for their lockers, where do u keep these chips when u swim?

Wrist band.
It's for the locker and also monitors your time in the facility. The entry fee isn't "cheap" for a public pool. Sometimes it's by the hour, or for 3 hours, or unimited...depending on when you enter and your age.
When you walk out you insert the wrist band into the machine and it lets you out...or charges you more. This is also in use at the other pools.

So in the FAQs I saw that the steam room has to be used with swimwear. Im not sure when this was added. Anyone been recently to see if it’s being followed?
