Looking for any proven ways (excercises/activities/nutrition) to treat and prevent further prostate enlargement.
I just received some wonderful news today. My enlarged prostate is shrinking and my PSA value went from a 10+ down to 2.86. My Urologist prescribed finasteride two months ago and it’s like a miracle. I was so happy, for I was headed for a biopsy if my PSA continued to rise. This is not a recommendation, but you might ask your doctor about it.
