Look up Fitter Confident You - or "Fitter You Global" on social media - London based online PT who tailors his work towards gay bi trans men, and is gay himself, although he will work with anyone. Although online there is still 1-1 support. There will be no sexy shenanigans, but there will be lots of good-natured silliness and fun in the more general sense. He makes fitness fun and accessible, rather than a chore.
