Honestly it depends, you’ve got to know your body that’s for sure. At the beginning you have to do some measuring to be able to find a good size to decently hold your cock without being too tight so it doesn’t hurt. I’ve heard some people suffering from ED because of it as well but it’s not known if it’s from the cage, fitting issue, or some other factor.
