Russian & Turkish Baths in NYC

Hi guys, wondering if anyone has been to the Russian & Turkish Baths in NYC since they reopened.

It was always great for relaxation even if it was somewhat overpriced. I used to go every few months before the pandemic.

Men's only hours were also great for cruising. I won't go into details about that unless someone is curious but I always had a fantastic time. Wondering if it's still the same.

Nude? I'm not sure.

Premier57 before it closed had very little cruising from what I saw. Bathhouse in Williamsburg might be up your alley.
I've been to Sojo Spa in New Jersey. In the men's locker room, there is a sauna and steam room. I've never seen cruising there and I only wore a towel.

what's the cruising scene like?

Before the pandemic, co-ed hours had no cruising. Men's only hours had a lot of cruising. I'd say over 95% of the guys there were into men or messing around somehow.

I'm definitely curious if you like to share details. I always walked by and never entered because I thought nothing was happening. Turkish baths are my kind of kink

bathhouse is definitely not nude haha just coed and people tend to be pretty noisy and people dont keep themselves clean like they do in a proper spa. and its so expensive. their massages are nice though

It’s pretty much back to the way it was before, except they’ve remodeled the lobby and locker room area so it’s less dingy now. The people monitoring the rooms are different (seems like they monitor less earlier in the male-only hours and then start thinning the heard later on…). Same crowd of people going there, though (mix of ages, with a sprinkle of Hasidic Jews).

Honestly it’s random. Thursdays are wild compared to Sunday, but the hotter guys go on Sunday. I haven’t been in a month or so because of traveling, but on Sunday’s it’s usually a guy coming around monitoring. Still things happening (craziest being after 12.) Thursdays has no one monitoring. Older crowd at 12 but younger guys start coming in around 1:30, it’s practically anything goes.

I was there last Sunday it was just way too busy.

Was there last Sunday and it was just way too busy. There were more cute guys but there were more people in general. It was hard to get into the steam room especially. Thursdays are definitely more chill.
