It does but not after one or two days. Maybe if they were daily pumped they could stay a much longer time. I should try but I’m not obsessed everyday by that, only a few moment (un)fortunately (?)

I've manually stretched my balls for like 2 years now and then are still tight but do hang alot better not really on topic but just saying ya can get more room

I find leather stretchers best!
Easy to put on and take off (in emergencies!)
I started small with 2" and then built up now to 5"
The secret is that when it starts to sting you remove and rest
Then put on again and repeat until no stinging.
That means it's time for a wider one!

Never thought I’d be responding to a thread like this but as a newbie to ball stretching myself I had to speak up. It’s definitely worth it to get the weights. I started a month ago. I wanted lower hangers because I thought they looked cool.

I started with an 8oz split hinge weight wearing it 8 hours a day then by week two was on a 16oz weight. As I said it’s been a month and a guy at my gym who apparently couldn’t help himself was like you gave great nuts man.


Now they do draw up when your body temp is low but it’s not as high into your body as it was before.

Nice sac. Stretching my nut sac as we speak, since it normally sits high and tight.

Would you say it's rather permanent or does it shrink back to "normal" if you don't constantly keep stretching it?

Up date on what i wrote a year ago. Now wear two metal rings, about 14oz together.
At one time it was a bit difficult to get one on...then to get two on. Now it is relatively easy, so, yes, balls are pulled down.

I'm not looking for greatly hanging balls (each to their own), just at out below length of soft cock.
Feels great, even when not wearing the rings, especially when commando

I'm new to ball stretching and I'm using a steel split collar. I need to know when moving up in size, what to use for in between sizes when you can't fit another collar yet?
