Scrotum stretching in hopes of more room

I'm new to ball stretching and I'm using a steel split collar. I need to know when moving up in size, what to use for in between sizes when you can't fit another collar yet?

That's a personal choice.
I prefer the soft one lower, sort of a buffer between the metal & my balls.
Some like to feel the weight directly on their balls.

There are wider weights - you could move to a wider weight & put your current weight "on hold" until the new wider heavier one works it's magic. Then you could return the current one to your stack, or duplicate the original.

say a 1" weight. replace with a 1.5" weight. Later go back to the 1" plus another 1". Then drop a 1" & add the 1.5" for 2.5" total.
and so on.

I got a cheap one on ebay. OK. Hard to get on at first. Definitely worked and so I went for a better made one from Secret Leather which is much heavier. Lower balls after a few weeks and now I can easily put on both. See pictures on my gallery; poor but show what I mean.

And it feels great when I am walking around

Besides scrotox or botox is there any other product that can be used to relax the skin? Perhaps something like Icy Hot?

Plenty of lotion, shea butter, coconut oil, stay away from any “firming lotions”. Time and patience...also overnight stretching is great..the balls relax overnight.

I've worn my weight/collar overnight many times but it was only after I was very comfortable wearing it for long periods.

IIRC, those threaded rods can be completely removed?
If so take one to the store & find the thread size/pitch & buy longer threaded rods so you can extend the device further.

The adjustable rings are great for all night stretching, as you can add longer and longer rods as the night goes on. Then, in the morning, your balls will be well stretched and you can wear longer and heavier weights than usual'

I always wanted less tight scrotum, mine is very tight and makes my penis sit on top of balls and never hanging not mentioning when flaccid being very small but at least when full I'd like it to hang at 6 o'clock not at 4...

A few nights ago I started stretching with my hand whilst watching tv, with the heat from the bed skin wasn't that tight and after some initial pain I grabbed above balls and slowly pulled down, maybe 5-10 minutes not even continuous; after 4-5 nights of, again, non continuous play with the scrotum last night I pulled down my undies (I I usually sleep with them, I know, I should wear something loose, I have to actually...) and when on a side to watch TV I could really feel my balls hanging and even during the day, unless it's cold, which still is when not in the sun, they hang waaaaay lower even tho not to that degree but so much visually better than before and when penis is full but not erect it is so much nicer to look at, at least for me being not properly proud about my whole body and the soul dept in particular.

I'd like to try to wear an extender like a ring but won't know where to start and buy from but the thing got exciting, never thought it could work especially at my age

any advise very welcome

As John_S said, secret leather is the place to try.
I had one cheap metal ring and it seemed good so I got a better quality one from secret leather. I had some difficulty in getting one on to start with. Now I can get both on at a time and enjoy the lower hang. Still lower, even on the days I do not bother with the rings. Measure carefully and get the right size and it will work
