Hockey Player ( ex now I think) who played for the Rangers, Dallas is involved in a gay marriage rumor with some guy from Bravo ( andy Cohen). Sean for those who follow hockey is known to be a tough guy in the ice and straight but a big advocate of gay marriage and gay rights and big into fashion.

They are going along with the rumor as if it was a joke which is funny...but they are seen together a lot. Sean has dated some pretty hot "famous" actresses.

shirtless..lots of others around..

I think the dudes pretty hot

Never really cared for him. I had hoped when he came here he might be a good addition but that was so far from true it is incredible. If you want a good looking enforcer type look up Matthew Barnaby, million dollar smile.

I agree he is pretty attractive. His personality as reflected in the media (which may be totally innaccurate) is that he's kind of a lovable douchebag. I know he worked in the fashion biz a little bit. I'd love to tame the bad boy, but I suspect he is straight. I also suspect he isn't the type that would be closeted if he were gay.

LOL at one of the comments on that story - he "left hockey to be a fruity dress designer" Haha.:biggrin1:

This Former NHL Player Says 'Heated Rivalry's' Hockey Romance Could Happen In Real Life

“I don’t know firsthand of any gay players past or present,” the retired New York Rangers forward tells Rolling Stone. “That being said, I do think I must have had a gay closeted teammate at some point in my career.”

Avery has long been an ally for the LGBTQ community, famously appearing in a video for Human Rights Campaign in 2011 to advocate for same-sex marriage, and the athlete says he hopes the positive buzz surrounding Heated Rivalry can remove the stigma of hockey players coming out. “Heated Rivalry’s success should open the door for the first gay NHL player, if there is one,” he says.

Though Heated Rivalry may not be based on any real-life hockey couples, Avery admits it’s a fun watch, even if the on-ice scenes don’t match the intensity of an actual NHL game. “I love Heated Rivalry,” he says. “It’s the worst hockey show ever made, but the most incredible gay hockey show ever made. Sometimes I look away from the TV,” he adds; “it’s pretty graphic.”
