I think what we need is a list of possible websites that might have filmed that video. It was probably a site from the early 2000s if the video quality was any indication (it looked like it was filmed with a camcorder). Definitely no later than 2009, and possibly from the late 90s. The site was probably either muscle-worship focused, or ebony-porn focused, or both.
