The Hollywood walk of Fame is not a very good neighborhood!!!
I'll second that. I passed out from too many kamikaze's, weed, and 'shrooms in an alley very near Hollywood Boulevard back in the early 80's. Luckily I had friends rescue me, but my wallet was missing and my pants were open. I was fortunate in more ways than one.

:)2 of my favorite places in LA in the 80's were Studio 1 and Peanuts~

Studio 1 was just huge... wall to wall men, some dancing in underwear or less. I used to like going to Rage too. ♥

I met Lana Turner at Queen Mary. she was very warm and soft spoken. very friendly. and in Laguna Beach I met (everal times actually) Martha Raye at the Little Shrimp. she would sit at the piano and sing and tell jokes just like Bette. :)
