How, exactly, are you imagining the fetus “interfering”?
Hormones go all sorts of ways. There’s a section of women who get a sense of freedom (can’t get pregnant twice at once), or more easily aroused. Others, it swings the other way, and it’s tougher to get enthused.
Growing bellies can be problematic.

By "interfering" I mean whether the fetus would move or otherwise react while she's having sex.
