Hi all. I have a question. For the past few months Ive had a foley catheter. The problem is, Im still a man with urges. Has anyone had sex with a catheter attached? Does anyone have any advice? I desperate need a release. Im gay (top) but I also enjoy sex with women and trans. Does anyone think intercourse or oral would irritate my urethra?
