I would love a gay game of thrones tbh. but I love they series anyways. and fyi gays get tired of every LGBT content being some sad romance movie.
I do love game of thrones as is. and almost all the problems i have with it are with the show and not the books. it's is unnecessarily graphic in parts both sexually and in some instances sadistic violence that the book just does not go into that level of detail to show. have you even read the books? now I don't have any problem with graphic sex, what I don't like is how it assumes it's entire audience is straight males. almost every adult actress in the show with a somewhat large role ends up having to show her breasts and ass eventually and only like 2 male actors (that are considered attractive) not just for gays but woman, do straight girls really want to see that much tits? I wouldn't have much problem with it with the nudity were more even, but with a couple exceptions when it does show male nudity they are ugly men you wouldn't want to see or it is a far way shot of their ass. for a show that showed be geared towards men and woman it is incredibly problematic and has been criticised for it. the show does level this out a little in the later seasons, but its still not enough. and it NEVER ever shows any female that may be considered not traditionally attractive nude.
"Have I read the books"? Yes I have several times, they are in a bookcase in the front room.
Yeah the TV show deviates from the books somewhat but it stays true to the books until the last couple where the plotlines in the books drops off & is nothing like the show because the show outran the source material.
Are you saying Loras Tyrell, Renly Baratheon & that creepy backstabbing male prostitute from Littlefingers' brothel ( his character name escapes me ) are "ugly men"? That they are not attractive to the Gay viewers? There is a fair amount of male on male content in the show, also implied bisexuality, does Ramsay Bolton "have a thing for Theon Greyjoy" even while he is torturing him, he admits to "admiring his impressive cock" after chopping it off!
Yes there is a lot of female nudity in the show, that's because it is implied in the books.
In the books it is implied that both Cersei and Dany are Bisexual and have relationships with their hand maidens but this is not shown in the TV show, mores the pity.
There are also the Bisexual Martells, they are played by attractive actors to appeal to the audience.
End of the day it is a fantasy TV show based on fantasy books, you have to use your imagination somewhat, for instance as a Straight man I imagine soppy King Tommen banging the daylights out of prickteasing Margery Tyrell when she comes in the night to seduce him...the scene don't happen, it should have happened..instead she leaves him with a Royal boner!
Anyhow I feel this is going a little off topic, the show finished 6 years ago & the series of books are still unfinished.
