The post was made in May 2021 and it's a post of him thanking his Ozark crew for the surprise birthday celebration. You can see from the decorations the number 18. You can see it from the glasses they gave him and the balloon on the wall. If this was true, then Skylar was born in 2003. This also mean that websites that say he was born in 2004 are wrong.
