I had small calcium deposits in the efferent ducts, probably just one of them, that connect the epididymis to the testicle. I had a smaller than pea sized one on the right side and a smaller than that one on the left side. They almost "floated" and weren't attached to the testicle, more so the epididymis. They never really bothered me unless I touched or squeezed them, or if something weird was going on with my underwear or I had to wear pants/shorts too tight and things got bunched up in my scrotum, there'd be some discomfort. My doctor years ago said they aren't a problem, surgery to remove them does way more harm than good, and they aren't cancerous. So I just learned to live with them. You have to kind of dig to find them anyway.

I've been posting in the "massage stories" thread here in Healthy Penis for months now. My LMT has been doing lots of perineum massage on me (as well as prostate and penis, too). When she does perineum massage, she's been pushing up into it with the palm of her hand, facing me, and then works her whole hand up my scrotum and kind of grabs it gently as she strokes upward. My testicles get pushed up very high, to the max, and the cords get stretched out really good, and then she gently works her hand over my testicles. Normally I don't like a lot of hard testicle play or stimulation, soft gentle touching and tickling of scrotum is what I love. I can't do much ball sucking either I don't like it too much. Sometimes it aggravates those calcium sites.

So she does this hand stroke up my balls over and over, some massages she does this perineum massage for 5 minutes sometimes close to 10. Its heavenly. But never painful or uncomfortable. A few massages ago she was doing it a lot and worked up over my right testicle and really did a much harder pass over than normal and it was intense but I felt relief in a way I never felt before when she finished. Left side too she did a lot. I have a varicocele in the left epididymis and its sometimes big sometimes small. Its annoying. I never told her about it, but it never seemed to bother me when she's done this work on me. And she always gives me an expert hand job at the end to drain me fully, she's very into making sure I'm fully drained and that my semen color is healthy. Bright white, she loves it and says I have no blockage or crystallized urine or old semen in my prostate.

After two sessions, one week apart, seeing her and getting perineum massage, I was in the shower the day after the second time seeing her. I felt my balls like they were "more there" than usual. Not swollen, just present. I decided to feel for the calcium deposits, I check every month or so to see if they are growing or not. THE DEPOSITS WERE GONE. I couldn't find them, at all. I thought it was a fluke, maybe epididymis swollen from massages. I waited two days, and they were still gone. I can feel these through underwear barely trying. They are like rocks. I couldn't find any trace of them.

Its been a few weeks since now and I feel fine. I've been having normal sexual function and arousal. No inflammation. No discomfort. No anything. Somehow, some way, I think the calcium deposits were broken up or moved or something but they aren't there anymore. Maybe they broke up and are in my epididymis, or have been expelled in semen I didn't feel when I've ejaculated since. Now I can kind of feel where they were but its not the small little rock thing that's been in there for like 10 years.

I'm writing this because I wonder if any other guys on here have these little annoying deposits like I had, and if they noticed changes in them, and if they've gone away. My LMT is very much into therapy; she sees the sex favors she's doing to me as therapeutic (well its erotic and hot as fuck don't get me wrong she's turned on by it all, but she's invested in health and making sure men have as much healthy sexual function as possible) and I guess through her practice these calcium nodules went away.

Its blowing my mind! Thanks for reading guys :)

Yeah, I got a couple, they feel like a BB under the skin, not on the nut itself. Had it checked out by a Urologist years ago, ultrasound and all, and told its benign. Been the same size for over 25 years now, but really freaked me out when I first discovered them.

I have a varicocele on both testicles. Usually does not bother me but my testicles can be sensitive at times. I find that wearing briefs lifts up the testicles and it feels better that way, kind of how a jockstrap works ( I actually would wear a jockstrap under my boxer shorts when the varicocele first manifested itself).

Dude I know I panicked! Went straight to my doc and was like I have testicular cancer I know it. He dug in there and said no, that's calcium, its not that common but more common than you'd think because testicular cancer exams don't really get you to check between the epididymis and teste. I have no idea how a man is supposed to get rid of them naturally. I've checked twice since starting this thread and they still aren't there. I can tell where they used to be, but yah, they were like BBs under the skin. I've talked to my LMT since too and she's flabbergasted, she guess all the massage work forced fluid through the ducts, maybe, and cleared them, or the traction and pressure moved and broke them up, but she said I would've felt pain from that. She also said all the pressure on the testicles and especially epididymis might have made them more active or something like that and circulation improved and they got cleared out. I just don't know where they would go?!

Thanks for your story, men need to be more aware of this kind of thing we can get.

Main reason I wear pouch briefs the last almost 20 years now. In boxers my left nut, which hangs lower than my right one, would wind up under my left leg when I sat down, and the varicocele would compress and it was like a hot poker in my left side and groin. Or something would hit or bump against my nuts while walking or moving around and that usually hurt it too.

Wow it’s nice to know I’m not alone. I have one exactly like you described that’s been on the right side for about 10 years now. Same scary thoughts too. Had it checked ultrasound and all. Doctor said to remove it will be a risk and probably wont be able to have kids if you do. That’s incredible you got them to disappear. Did she know about them before or did her massage just happen to work out in them going away? She Sounds like a Wonder Woman. I might need her info if you don’t mind sharing 😬
