It's quite easy. You just need to get a BT client like Azureus (Azureus, now called Vuze : Bittorrent Client) and then get .torrent files from BT indexes.

Once you downloaded the .torrent file, double-click on it and it should appear in Vuze torrents list. Once you get it completely, you need to leave it for others, in order to have a good ratio and to help others.
