I don't think it's so obvious. The SPH thing is borne of an inferiority complex, but it's not the same thing as an inferiority complex. It's a fetish. Erasing the source of the inferiority complex doesn't necessarily erase the inferiority complex, much less the fetish that came from that. Fetishes aren't exactly rational.

The main thing about a fetish is that being exposed to the thing you fetishize makes you much more likely to get off; and in some cases you need to be exposed to that thing in order to get off. Could this mean, in the case of the SPH fetish, that you need to be exposed to SPH stuff in order to get off, regardless of what the actual size of your dick is? It's an interesting question to me.
