I'm the owner of a Bathmate Hydromax9 and, recently , I overused it after a long hiatus.
I got a blister on my glands with the diameter of about .25" (a quarter of an inch). It became smaller a few days later and finally popped on its own; I attempted no PE excercises from then to today. Being uncircumcised, I kept it clean and put Vaseline on the wound to maintain the healing process. There's now a noticeably pink spot on my glands but the wound from the blister is gone.
It has been nearly three weeks since the blister appeared and I want to continue my PE journey. I decided to do a 10 minute jelp session followed by 3-4 5 minute clamping sessions with 5 minute breaks in between each set.
I'll also purchase a Hydromax 9 Exreme which is the one with the squeezing pump component in the near future. I was not consistent with my first hydromax, but I believe the Extreme can help me with overall pressure control.
What are some beginning routines for Hydromax 9 Extreme users? I want to have gains in both length and girth. Should I wait a little longer before trying more basic PE exercises?
