Also... just playing devil’s advocate.... she seemed pretty aware of his home recording device he had all over his house, whatever “CCTV” is ...soooo one could argue she kinda knew it was a possibility she was gonna be recorded... that added with the fact that they are in fact reality tv stars and have fucked on camera before and that she exposed her own identity and brought added attention to the video ...one could argue that she is not that bothered by the sextape exposure could be looking for fame/ clout ...so is she really just mad she is not making money from this tape like he is? Just food for thought. Ugggh I hate myself for going there ... but they are reality stars... she coulda done this a lot more privately in my opinion... don’t hate me!!! Why are you being so aggressive we get it. What he did is wrong and nobody is saying it isn't but coming at people for being open minded and having an opinion or still finding him attractive is weird. Apparently he has been doing this type of shit on social media for a while and in person...she even stated "I have tried to cover for you" about his behavior. I don't think many would disagree with you but he hasn't been found guilty of any crime yet, let alone been issued an arrest warrant.

At the moment this is just an allegation and however improbable at this point there is a chance that he is telling the truth.

In my own opinion, given the way in which these allegations were splashed all over social media and subsequently tabloid newspapers before even involving the police qualifies people to comment their thoughts and speculations on the situation. It will infuriate some but not everyone will immediately believe just her side of the story, people inevitably form their own opinions and draw their own conclusions especially when nothing is proven.

Revenge Porn: revealing or sexually explicit images or videos of a person posted on the internet, typically by a former sexual partner, without the consent of the subject and in order to cause them distress or embarrassment.

He edited the vid so it wouldn't show her face. Only reason we know its her is because she said it's her. So is it considered being posted to cause distress or embarrassment to her? Either way posting that video footage was wrong but I'm sure it breaks a different type of law. This is just a serious question.

And before you try to jump down my throat and say that I'm victim blaming, trying to defend him, trying to take up for him or whatever. I'm just stating that she would have a better case of pressing charges for defamation or something.

What he did is shitty and disgusting but I just think that having a different opinion and wanting more info isn't wrong. Trust me he should get jail time but we should wait and see what happens, listen to other peoples opinions RESPECTFULLY (unless they are saying that what he did is ok or trying to justify sexual crimes because that can'tbe defended and is gross) because at the end of the day who know what will happen. Either way he uploaded a video of her online without her permission. She was under the idea that the video was deleted, after not consenting to be filmed, and he lied to her.
