Outing someone is extremely looked down upon in the gay community, most of us consider that to be abuse. He probably mentioned your teammate just to make conversation.

I wouldn’t worry until he deliberately tells you which teammate of yours it is. If he doesn’t tell you that, it’s very unlikely he will tell the other one.

Discretion is pretty normal, especially if he knows you are on the DL. Also if you are allowing him regular access to your cock, then you will be fine.

Maybe he's testing the waters to see if you be up for both of you sing him at once. It doesn't sound like he's planning to out you. If you're worried about it then talk to him about it and make sure he knows what the boundaries are
