There are two gay bars, Alexander and Time Out. Time Out is near the beach and is much bigger. There is also a dark room. I suggest downloading Grindr if you don't have the nerves to talk to someone directly inside the bar. Otherwise yes, it's full of gay people in Sunny Beach and you will definitely have luck with Grindr.
