I thought that too…he shunned OF and point blank said he’d never do nudes…
now he’s touring Europe (and clearly meeting or with people in various provocative photos) which would imply to me he is escorting or meeting people off apps. Plus you don’t just go to the most extreme sex club in the world. It’s got a serious reputation, so much so no photos are explicitly allowed because the sex is so hardcore. Reading more into it- the club is a gay sex club too with a very controversial door policy. Only certain types of people are allowed in and are usually required to strip/showcase their bodies before being given entry. That's why I speculated he might be an escort of sorts. I know many 'field' sex workers who openly oppose onlyfans creators/online sex service in general because to them, the latter have it too easy while trying to group themselves with the former, and so the former's hustles and hardships are disregarded.
