anyone else have their sack attached high up on their shaft creating a "gobbler" flap of skin? i have it and i hate it. it's ugly and makes my penis look smaller and keeps my balls too high. i've heard of a surgery that will reattatch the skin lower down the shaft but is it safe? anyone have this surgery or know of anyone who has? any input is greatly appreciated.

Well although I can understand your concern, I question whether it is really any sort of handicap in a real sense. Does it prevent you from wearing a condom without leakage? It probably makes your cock look even thicker viewed from the side! The length of your cock is determined on the topside. Your undue concern for aesthetics is the only negative aspect of this condition as far as I can see.

I know what you're talking about, TW.

Just a thought: Maybe work on learning to like the way it looks now, and find a partner who does - I bet that won't be so difficult. I know that sounds simplistic, but IMO it's better than letting somebody take a scalpel to your 'best buddy'.

This is one of many negative side effects of circumcision. The surgery you're talking about means taking a piece of skin from another part of your body and splicing it onto your penis. All surgery carries risks but this one is especially risky. Don't do it.

Here's a thread on foreskin restoration. While you may not be interested in a total restoration, tugging will ensure that your scrotal skin is not halfway up your penis.

Here is a link for the TLC Tugger there are other methods you can use as well.
