OK, I've join the GWAG (gone wild: Audio gay edition /subreddit) about a year before pandemic 2020; There's huge (90%) overlap of the NSFW Audios in that /sub with others: vanilla GWA, gonewildaudible and then there's the more extreme (necrophilia, gore, some tentacle and other influenced from niche porn, at least for us (South American, so westerner tastes of porn variety); this are nearly all Roleplay set-up approach, and a minuscule is narrative and reading (narrative basically can be in present tense, as if they are thinking in their head, or speaking to an audience, or in past tense, this one resemble more Good ole Erotica Narratives, sometimes part of a series and even published books, there are outside Reddit some podcasts who do the narrative kind, I prefer roleplay cuz orgasm (just like porn, they do climax, but would hardly fake orgasms because the incentives are different, regarding the sex work prospective. Then there's the YouTube channels and videos, like Poptart audio (lovely baritone DEEEP voice) but are more ASMR, not roleplay (roleplay is basically Live Action Radio Drama, usually the listener doesn't speak and is the one who engages with the speaker, scenarios, lengths and genres/settings are as wide as Porn and Fanfiction, in fact, the SoundCloud base of VA (vocal artists) are mostly fanfiction and some are hardcore popperbate version audio, hypnotic and so on; and some dance electro music that resembles fapping or fucking per beat and in timbre. Then there's SFW roleplay, and all the above mentioned genres, ASMR, collaborations (various voices); there are a few LGBTQ+ Radio Drama style Podcast (never found an ALL-gay one) out of which I ever only found 2 that included M2M male to male roleplay section inside a bigger +30minutes episode. Although I found many podcast radio drama 100% gay characters and VA but SFW, sometimes not even sexual, but more sci-fi or political commentary parodies.
The last year there began appearing a bunch of original channels in Pornhub, but the boom that started during pandemic wasn't until 2021 June Pride month that the output was great everywhere, including NEWGROUNDS, exclusive patreons (some, not many onlyfans). Hosting being made mainly by soundgasm, I recommend using flaru.com search engine, seems its algo its biased toward porn, don't ask me, works better than reddit search itself, and google. There's a couple old Tumblr pages, all abandon for 4+ years by now, and successor tumblex has new content but IDK if its original or just posted on that platform.
This is what its worth mentioning, plz comment to add sources, or ask for info / provide, I mean this to be a Info thread and Q&A and ofc, sharing links or hosting files stuff or cloud personal links. Because many of these patreons and onlyfans are soo much smaller than those of real-time Video porn or/and Picture posting these go from as low as 1$ to 5$ per month, sometimes giving you access to +50 audios M4M (I prefer M-(4M, 4TM [trans male], 4A [all, you can't tell the gender by the talking and or sounds], and JOI/ramblefap/fapping that is not inside any narrative, so the listener won't participate, there's also recorded audio from real encounters, which is tricky to record high clarity sound to have it compete to the artificial role-playing audios made in collaboration of 2 different voices (usually 2 different VA). And to this day I only found one VA that narrates romantic twilight/50-shades written by women Gay erotica over several long episodes where when it comes to describe and tell the events, the narrator "re-lieves" the encounter and even cums.
HEll sometimes I even use an audio porn of just fapping, especially the breathy-moany-shit talkers one or at least a hot sexy fapping sound (no toys) as backround for Videos without audios
Also, I like TOP speakers, cuz i'm a bottom so i can identify with their "listener", a.k.a. me. There's also pillowtalk and aftercare and a lot of support audios for positivity and almost any thing people ask for to the creators

Yep, most of the content I indulge in is from GWAG or GWA, some from Newgrounds (where I found this really hot and funny Overwatch parody) but it's great to hear about other sources.

Though the whole community surrounding audio roleplay (not necessarily porn) has been full of drama recently. SFW creators apparently grooming minors, stealing scripts, racism, minors creating NSFW content, married men flirting with other people, so on and so forth. Not gonna lie, these have been a turn off, so if you wanna enjoy the content, best keep away from the community.

since 2020, this british guy started with his first role play audio already being very hot, deep sultry masculine voice, mostly does mdom part with msub listener, but also he is very broad and very active in collabs, He's quickly become a mod and with a Discord server along with 2 other great VAs, started by late 2020 having a very active community gonewildaudiogay with multiple daily uploads, and after lockdowns and moreover this year, the subreddit's been very active, he's the leader of the community and I hope he doesn't stop bringing up surprise community collabs of several episodes with 12 voices in even more characters... This is something the vanilla gonewildaudio has because its just too many content creators. Happy to see now genres and tastes develop and finding great responses. There's a survey done by new year's basically asking about tastes and satisfactions and it got great engagement and unexpected popular opinions
