Are you referring to the 2003 Gus Van Sant film Elephant? There isn't more nudity, unfortunately, after the shower scene the two characters go on a brutal ( and uncomfortably realistic ) shooting rampage of their High School ( a la Columbine ). I'm sure you could find that scene online somewhere though.
