Can't tell from these pics. Where is the end of the ruler?
That’s the issue I had determining the size from this picture. Guess I wanted to hear everyone else’s thoughts on that. Almost looks like he’s starting at 1”?
We have the same penis shape(mine is more curved upwards)and it's not easy to measure correctly.. My ex gf used a tape measure and the dorsal side was almost an inch longer than ventral side ..so she had to measure more and more times.

My opinion...
I think measurement should be done in the standing position with the cock and ruler roughly parallel to the floor.
Bone pressed measurement should have the ruler on top of the erection with the base of the ruler visible in any verification photo so it can be confirmed a complete ruler is being used and pressed appropriately to the pelvic bone.
Given your photos do not show the complete ruler and appear to be taken from a seated position, it is hard to confirm if it is accurate measurement.
Again... just my opinion.
Have to concur with the above- this does not look like a penis which is over 7 inches - i’d say 6 inches max. Something about the angle of the ruler and the way the bottom part is off camera makes me suspicious.
