I could not find a befitting photo or gif to put so I'll just rant my nuts off. There is a massive (heavy emphasis) lack of follow up and follow through with people these days it's so beyond reasoning and irritating as fuck. I've been told by so many managers that I would be called back or followed up with and it has never ever happened. I mean don't say these words if you don't mean don't say these empty meaningless words if you don't in fact mean that you will follow up. It's so annoying. As a manager you should know better and do better you wouldn't want your employees doing that to you as their manager or to the people that your employees serve...so why did it to your employees. It's unnecessary and uncalled for. I mean do what you say you are going to do. I should not have to follow up with you constantly on this. You are a manager so either you are terrible at your job and shouldn't be a manager or you just don't are. I mean a manager should be great...hell even good at keeping a schedule of the things they need to do. I mean I would have a list of the things I need to do on a daily basis and add things to that list as they come up.
It's not that hard people. FFS.
