Not really? I mean he doesn’t really post anything about him being in a relationship with a woman but maybe he’s keeping that aspect of his life private

They have both posted stories of their apartment and it's the same one. I looked it up and it's a one bedroom.
Possibly. He posts the more pictures with him than anyone else. And always make a happy birthday post for him. There's nothing definitive that says they are dating. I just get the feeling there is something more going on there than just friends
