In my opinion, he certainly looks to be 9-10 real inches, and I wouldn't say it's unreasonable to think he could get to slightly over 10.

My estimate 9.25" (NBPL) x 6.75" (base girth). So yes he could reach 10" bone-pressed.

11" seems like a considerable over-estimate to me. I'm very tall (6-6) and have seen numerous shots of him standing with a downward erection like that.
