A little ago I was washing my truck, my neighbor stopped by to chat, she told me she was getting divorced, even told me about the husband not able to hold a job and she had enough of this.
I stopped doing chores to start talking to her, i even made her to come later to my place.
Well, there was some alcohol involved, I was able to made her dance, sooner or later i fuck her that same night.
every time she comes to visit she tells me she regrets we had sex that same night, she never done it. i should not get a wrong image of her.
Only thing i can think of to tell her not to worry, she was horny and there was some beer around us.
How can i make her stop?

Beyond that there's not much else to do other than simply not be around her. Tell her you're both going to take a break, stop the visits and move on.

OK, so, I'm going to call bullshit on this entire thing. Not that it's a lie, just that the entire situation is bullshit and you're quickly becoming a pile of it too. Dudes who decide to take drunk consent, or in her case drunk and emotionally distraught consent really don't land high in the moral realm.

You use the excuse initially that "beer was involved " and that you got "wasted", that is not a subjective term. You clearly told @Tight_N_Juicy that you both got WASTED. So, now to say that she wasn't "that drunk" is bullshit. Total and complete bullshit.

When my fella was in his "me time" period of his life and I was single/insanely depressed that he left I partied a lot more than I should have. I mixed and matched substances that should have stopped my heart.

At one of those parties, I got absolutely shitfaced and snuck away to play with myself (because I clearly had some issues, it wasn't even my house) and a friend who in fact is a man thought I was just throwing up and came to make sure I was ok. He caught me with my pants down, and I drunkenly offered him to join me.

HE. SAID. NO.

He told me "not that I don't want to, but I just wanted to make sure you were ok, let me know if you need a ride home and I'll find someone to take you. I'll go and make sure you get home". And that's exactly what he did.
