How was the sauna? Like I said before, i was thinking of trying it but didn't have the bottle. Not sure its a good thing unless of course you're very experienced and comfortable in such circumstances.

I've been to Touch Sauna. It's OK but never had much fun there. Given where you're located you're better going to a london one. I go occasionally. Try Portsea Sauna which is small and low key and only a few minutes walk from Marylebone Station.
