It is a combination sucking and vibrating orifice. You can use it for the sucking action, which is really hard and intense or just use the vibration, which is strong. You can even use it like an unpowered stroker. I have used it when I have been drinking or jerking off a lot and I couldn't get very hard. I just put some lube in the opening and turned on the suction. It sucked me inside and I was hard in 60 seconds.
