That's a tough one. I think Lex probably has a long, skinny dick, and Leo has a big, thick dick. I would say that they are likely about the same size, but Lex's is longer and thinner, and Leo's is only slightly shorter but thicker. So, Lex is who I would say has the bigger dick because it's longer.
Here's a bit of reasoning that no one asked for lol. The internet says they are identical twins, but some of the pictures of them together make them look like fraternal twins that look very similar, but apparently, they aren't fraternal twins, they are identical twins. Here's an image of what I mean:
Since they probably are in fact identical, but differences in health, diet, environment, etc. could be why they have some differences in physical appearance, and why they almost don't look identical and sometimes look like fraternal twins. Like here, they really do look identical:
But due to the slight differences in their physical appearances, I have deduced that their dicks are probably not identical, even though they are identical twins, but rather, they are very similar but not the same. That is why I think Lex's dick is long and skinny, and Leo's dick is a bit shorter but has more girth.
