Speaking from experience, after a year on anti-androgen my ejaculate was a tiny amount of entirely clear liquid, so very very low in sperm and I was infertile. I suppose it's possible that a transwoman could be taking just female hormones and not taking testosterone blockers but that would cut down the effectiveness of the estrogen Perhaps they have tricks in the porn industry to get around that though

As for transsexual women it is almost impossible as after 6 months of being on testosterone blockers and hormones male to females end up infertile so yes u can still have sex but there is almost 0 chance of pregnancy etc although id never say never i knew someone who did but that was a fluke x
