Hi everyone, i was wondering if anyone knows anything about my flaccid dick getting smaller on average?
I remember a couple years ago it was way larger when flaccid. I have been smoking about 6 cigs a day for about 5 years now and i’d like to know if that’s affecting my flaccid and hard size? or maybe i’m wearing underwear that’s too tight in the crotch?
idk, but if u guys have any ideas/suggestions to get my soft size to be as big as it was before that would be great

You should go to a qualified doctor. We are not qualified enough to give you a satisfactory answer. You have a health concern, you should go to a doctor. In your case a urologist. They will know best.
And depressions can't be fixed with supplements. You need a psychiatrist and/ or a psychotherapist.

I'm sorry if my previous post was misleading. I'm just a private citizen, not a qualified specialist.
What I was suggesting is based on personal experience, as it seems to me that both depression and digestive issues deeply influence blood flow to the penis.
My suggestion for more Fe and Zn in your diet is NOT for curing depression (sorry again for the badly written post), it's jst unrelated, but comes from my personal experience.

There is no such thing as flaccid size.

It will vary from day to day, hour to hour, and even minute to minute. Water or air temperature will impact it greatly as will hormone levels and arousal state.

Whereas your full erection size will be remarkably consistent, flaccid size is all over the place.

As you get older you get more retraction. You can get botox (showtox) to release the retraction.

Smoking impacts blood flow so it would probably have more of an impact on getting an erection.

Research shows that smoking clogs your veins, which could reduce blood flow to your penis. If this has happened during the time you've been smoking and not before, it could be something to do with that.
But others a right too, my penis when flaccid is never the same size. And sometimes I would be embarrassed to show it on those occasions. I smoke and take various fun drugs, I've noticed when it's out my system and I've not even had a cigarette for a few days, my penis does do better in size.
Maybe you could try to stimulate the blood flow in and around your penis area.
