Trying to find underwear for small dick

I'm trying to find briefs that will it my sub 4" penis and smaller balls. I've tried a few different brands but they all seen to have excess material in the pouch, I've tried searching online but all I can ever seem to find is budge enhancing or pouch underwear. The bulge enhancing are uncomfortable and my smaller guy doesn't fit in the pouch. Any recommendations?
I've tried Hanes, Calvin Klein, Jockey, and Adidas. It seems I have better luck with "Sport" style but I can't find a good one.

Give panties a try - there are many styles and brands - Calvin Klein for example makes great thongs that look unisex, but with very little pouch and they are very comfortable.

Anyone have any experience with Cell Block 13. A few people have said they have smaller pouches.

Cheap pairs of ladies boxer style briefs. Flat fronted so no pouch to worry about and lightweight breathable stretchy material so very comfortable. Solved my problem which sounds identical to mine.

You didn't state your location, so I'll proceed with works for me here in the United States.
My go to brand for bespoke underwear is McKillop. The prices are fair, and the US delivery is good. He's a great guy to work with, and offers many style and pouch size options.
