So, here are the results:

Sex Hormone Binding Globulin Result: 74 nmol/L - Ref. Range: 22-77 nmol/L
Total Testosterone Result: 836 ng/dL - Ref. Range: 250-1100 ng/dL
Free Testosterone Result: 95.3 pg/mL - Ref. Range: 30.0-135.0 pg/mL

Not bad for a 70 year-old guy, right?

Looks normal. See how your SHBG is pretty high? This makes your free testosterone lower.

Well now that you know you are normal, you can stop worrying about it

Great numbers. Yeah the SHBG is a lil high, you could try Boron supplements sold at any health food store. Also maybe some extra zinc.
