How would you compare receiving anal sex to vaginal sex? Do they feel at all similar? Do accompanying orgasms feel about the same? Can you cum from only anal sex (without clitoral/vaginal stimulation)? Do you want to be expecting it or are you fine if your partner surprises you with anal?

FYI, I'm straight and have never had my partner put anything up my ass so I'm naive in that regard. That said, I suspect it feels about the same when a guy receives anal as it does for a girl.

I don't do anal. Definitely no surprise anal. Besides, anal takes prep. Cleaning before hand, etc. I don't think anyone, including men, want surprise anal.
